Yes, absolutely. Our delivery riders are required to verify that you are 18 years or older before handing over your order.   We take responsible alcohol sales seriously and will not complete deliveries without proper age verification.

TwoSips currently delivers within Nairobi and select surrounding areas. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your address during checkout. We're constantly expanding our delivery zones, so if we don't currently serve your area, please check back soon or contact our customer service team for updates.

We accept M-Pesa, card payments (Visa and Mastercard), and cash on delivery. For the fastest processing, we recommend paying via M-Pesa or card when placing your order. All transactions are secure and your payment information is protected.

If your order arrives damaged, with broken bottles, or if items are missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our customer service line or app before accepting the delivery.
